Privacy
PAR believes
client confidentiality is an important part of effective treatment.
If a client is unable to trust a counsellor or the company she/he
works for to be confidential in all aspects of treatment, then
effective and successfull resolution of client problems will
not be achieved.
PAR maintains
secure client records and makes every effort to ensure client
privacy during visits and phone calls with counsellors. Client
records are not released to anyone without prior confirmation
and written consent of the client.
PAR does not
subscribe to Call Display or Caller ID services on its phone
lines.
