EFAP service with qualified and experienced counsellors and therapists
based in Saskatoon. Most meetings with clients are held at the
Saskatoon office. For remote clients or clients with special
needs; other arrangements can be made to ensure access to treatment.

Grief Resolution Re: Loss

new directions - individual / family / group. |
Alcohol and Other Drugs
Problem drinking, drug use problems, addiction assessment,

Anxiety, depression, stress, trauma & crisis, anger, pain. |
Cognitive Assessments
Acquired brain injury, brain disease, neurological disease. |

Debt and budget counselling. |
Workplace
Conflict Resolution
All types of workplace conflict resolution involving: management,
union and employees, including poor communication, insecurity,
downsizing and change of ownership. |
Personality
and Vocational Testing
Various personality and aptitude testing for further psychological
insight, vocational and ADHD assessment. |
Job Termination/Lay-Off
Psychological support, group counselling and individual follow-up,
including initial assistance with job relocation. |
Critical lncident
Post-trauma group counselling and individual follow-up for critical
incidents that affect the workplace such as an accident, suicide,
death, bank robbery, bomb threat, etc. |
Workshops/Group Counselling
Critical incident, EFAP education and training, inner-child,
personal management, stress, "feeling good", insecurity,
lack of communication, downsizing, change of ownership. |
Design and lntroduction of EFAP
lncluding education, training and orientation of committees,
union, management, employees and their family members. |
EFAP Outside Resource
and Trouble Shooting
Job performance issues, EFAP rejuvenation, consultation and coaching
for an existing Program. |
